He has been at Dwight since 1967, igniting the spark of genius in every child, mentoring generations of students, and educating them to become innovative global leaders.

As Vice Chancellor, Blake Spahn ’89 has oversight of all Dwight School operations, extending across the Main Campus, Riverside Campus, and the Dwight School Athletic Center. His strategic oversight ensures the efficient and effective management of all facilities, systems, and staff in support of Dwight's innovative world-class programs.
A native of Melbourne, Australia, Ms. Drew is an internationally recognized educator with over 28 years of experience in administration, teaching, curriculum development, and educational consulting in both public and private schools in Australia, Asia, and the U.S.
Henning Fries’ roots are in Germany and Luxembourg but his 25 years in global hospitality brought him all over Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.
Doug Bradley is Dwight’s Global Financial and Strategic Development Director and is responsible for new school development around the world. Mr. Bradley was a founding member of the Board of Directors for Qibao Dwight High School in Shanghai.
Louisa Childs, General Counsel for The Dwight Schools, and Head of School of Dwight Global, brings to Dwight a deep background in international legal work and educational issues.
Allison Feldman is an innovative marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in educational publishing, developing programs, partnering with school districts, and collaborating with academics.
Carmen Hernandez joined Dwight School in 2014 after working as the school’s external auditor for nearly 6 years at a public accounting firm. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from SUNY Old Westbury and an MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business.
Fiona Imboden leads all of Dwight’s extra-curricular programs, including after-school programs, field trips, grade-wide curriculum-based U.S. domestic travel, and international trips.
Shelby Levin has over 13 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and administration. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Miami and a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Bath.
Since 1997, Christine Pluta has been a respected and admired member of the college admissions counseling community, serving as Regional Director of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, Associate Director of Admission at Barnard College, and then joining the college counseling office at Horace Mann School.
Lesa Wang is a maker educator and experience curator. She is known for “bringing the outside in” to her classroom. She has created large-scale projects with her students and has invited experts in the field to come view their work.
