Henning Fries’ roots are in Germany and Luxembourg but his 25 years in global hospitality brought him all over Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.

Nick, a New Jersey native, brings to the Dwight family of schools over 21 years of educational technology and IT experience. He began his career in Information Technology working for The College of New Jersey's IT department while earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems Management.

Originally from the North of England, Chris Beddows has been working in international schools for over 15 years with experience in leadership, curriculum design and development, teaching and learning as well consulting. He has spent extensive time working in schools both in Europe and North America.

Doug Bradley is Dwight’s Global Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for new school development around the world. Mr. Bradley was a founding member of the Board of Directors for Qibao Dwight High School in Shanghai.

Louisa Childs, General Counsel for The Dwight Schools, and Head of School of Dwight Global, brings to Dwight a deep background in international legal work and educational issues.

Allison Feldman is an innovative marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in educational publishing, developing programs, partnering with school districts, and collaborating with academics.

Jason Hayter is originally from near Toronto, Canada. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Education from Griffith University in Australia.

Carmen Hernandez joined Dwight School in 2014 after working as the school’s external auditor for nearly 6 years at a public accounting firm. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from SUNY Old Westbury and an MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business.

David Hutson has been a passionate educator for 20 years, starting as a Business and Economics teacher, before moving into senior leadership positions in two UK schools. In 2011, he moved to Abu Dhabi to join an international school, in its foundation year, as Vice Principal.

Shelby Berry has over 15 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and administration. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Miami and a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Bath.

Robert “Robbie” Shields is a native of Richmond, Virginia whose professional journey has taken him from the US to Asia, South America, and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Qibao Dwight in 2018, he had extensive experience in university administration and career development.

Ms. Brantley Turner is originally from Brooklyn, New York. Her interest in China began as an undergraduate at Brown University studying East Asian Studies and Art Semiotics.

Lesa Wang is a maker educator and experience curator. She is known for “bringing the outside in” to her classroom. She has created large-scale projects with her students and has invited experts in the field to come view their work.
