Submit Online Application

Please create an account and apply online through Ravenna, our admissions database. For all applicants the deadline is December 1, 2019.

Attend an Open House

We invite you to sign up for one of our Lower School morning Open Houses. This event, held on our Main Campus at 18 West 89th Street, will allow families to learn more about our academic programs, see our facilities, and meet current students and faculty. Please visit our Important Dates & Events page for more information.

Submit Official School Reports and Confidential Teacher Recommendation

All grade 1 applicants must submit the Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) confidential school report. This report is to be given to your child’s current school and must be submitted directly from their school to ours. If your child presently attends an ISAAGNY school, they can supply you with the form. It can also be downloaded from this page.

All grade 2-5 applicants must have their current school submit official transcripts from the past two years. The transcript release form found below is to be given to your child’s current school and the transcripts must be submitted directly from their school to ours. Additionally, your child’s teacher should complete the confidential recommendation form (see form below) after December 1st to ensure an accurate assessment. If the transcript and Teacher Recommendation Form are not completed in English, an official translation must also be sent.

Schedule Family Visit

Once you have submitted an application and attended a Lower School Open House, you will be able to schedule a family visit for you and your child through Ravenna. You will not be able to schedule your family visit unless you have attended an Open House. To register for an Open House please visit our Important Dates & Events page.
