Submit Online Application
Please create an account and apply online through Ravenna, our admissions database. Please note the application deadline of December 1, 2022 for applicants to grades Pre-K (4s) through grade 12. Supplementary materials such as transcripts and teacher recommendations are due by January 15, 2023.
Attend an Optional Tour of our Main Campus
We will be leading optional, small group tours for applicant parents October through January. Registration is via Ravenna and on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be limited appointments for these tours, so if you do not have an opportunity to tour in the fall, we will also be offering all accepted families a 1:1 tour in February once decisions are released.
Attend a Lower School Event
Please visit our Virtual Admissions Events page for more information and a listing of upcoming events.
Submit Official School Reports and Confidential Teacher Recommendation
All grade 1 applicants must submit the Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) confidential school report. This report is to be given to your child’s current school and must be submitted directly from their school to ours. If your child presently attends an ISAAGNY school, they can supply you with the form. It can also be downloaded from this page. If your child is not currently enrolled in a Kindergarten program, please contact our Admissions office to discuss alternative options.
All grade 2-5 applicants must have their current school submit official transcripts from the past two years. The transcript release form found below is to be given to your child’s current school and the transcripts must be submitted directly from their school to ours. Additionally, your child’s teacher should complete the confidential recommendation form (see form below). If the transcript and Teacher Recommendation Form are not completed in English, an official translation must also be provided.
Schedule Virtual Student Interview
Once you have submitted an application, you will be able to schedule your child’s virtual interview. We give our own internal assessment to children during the interview. Each appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes to one hour depending upon the age of the child.
Schedule Virtual Parent Interview
Once you have submitted an application, you will be able to schedule your virtual parent interview via Ravenna. We will be conducting parent interviews for grades 1-5 via Zoom throughout the Admissions season.
