Kindergarten Application Process
Submit Online Application
Please create an account and apply online through Ravenna, our admissions database. Our application will open September 1 and close on December 1.
Starting with the 2023-24 school year, all Kindergarten classes will be held at our new 94th Street Campus.

Attend an Optional Tour of our Main Campus
We will be leading optional, small group tours throughout the admissions season. Registration is via Ravenna and on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not have an ability to tour in the fall, we will also be offering all accepted families a tour in February once decisions are released.
Schedule Parent/Guardian Interview
We will continue to conduct interviews virtually. Once you have submitted an application, you will be able to schedule your appointments via Ravenna.
Schedule Applicant Assessment
Kindergarten applicants will visit in small groups for 45 mins at our Central Park West Campus. The visit is a welcoming environment within one of our Lower School classrooms.
Submit ISAAGNY Confidential School Report
We ask Kindergarten applicants to submit the Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) confidential school report. However, if your child is not currently enrolled in a preschool program this year, please contact our Admissions office to discuss alternative options. The ISAAGNY report is to be given to your child’s current school and must be submitted directly from their school to ours. If your child presently attends an ISAAGNY school, they can supply you with the form. It can also be downloaded from this page.

Please note: The applicant family is responsible for confirming the application is complete. The Admissions Office will not review incomplete applications.
