This privacy policy governs your use of the software application “OurDwightNY” (the “App”) for mobile devices that was created by Active Internet Technologies LLC for Dwight School. The App is the official app of the Dwight School community. This purpose of this page is to inform visitors about our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the App.

User Provided Information

While using our App, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name; email address; age range (optional); gender (optional); phone number (optional); as well as additional profile information returned by an external provider such as Facebook or LinkedIn. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the App uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. You can find their privacy policies here: Google Play Services and Apple.

In the case of an error while you are using the App, we also collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the App, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.

Moreover, the App may use third party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services.   Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
